We provide real estate contract assignment services by identifying distressed properties, securing equitable interest through purchase agreements, and assigning those agreements to qualified buyers and investors. We do not broker or represent buyers or sellers, nor do we collect commissions tied to real estate transactions. All compensation is assignment-based.
